These are problems with the data files you are using. I understand that this new pricing model will not suit everyone, and that's fine.
On desktop Go to your account by clicking the button on the toolbar. This is not something I want to put you or myself through again in future. The ork train has no fioes mothersquiggor!

You should not use BattleScribe 2. You can try fixing the data yourself as described below. Layout options let you choose what's printed and how it's layed out.
